Small Batch Artisan Caramels 8oz

These delectable caramels are small batch made in a home kitchen, under cottage kitchen laws I may sell them direct to consumer (I think I understood that right). This perfect blend of butter, cream, and sugar is heated to 240 degrees then poured into 2 bite squares. 1 will satisfy the average sweet tooth.

This is a homestead kitchen so occasionally animals end up in the house - a hypothermic baby goat, our dog when she came home from the hospital, or just hatching baby chicks.  We also start our seeds for the garden in the house. Kitchen is cleaned thoroughly after any animal entry and before any food is made.
